As I was sitting in meditation negative thoughts about my coop board meeting for parking renewal set in. After being asked to bring gazillion papers (some 20 years old) and getting run around few days before, I envisioned being threatening and being very aggressive at the meeting.
I noticed that even though I was experiencing positive meditation benefits, I started feeling physical discomfort from negativity and anger. I thought that the person I would (board director) meet be late by hours as they did in the past and so on ...
I changed my thinking to positive and envisioned getting my renewal papers with ease and grace. When I came into the room I was greeted like a lost relative by two men. We talked like friends with no tension. I left with no renewal papers but still feeling good. I felt so comfortable I came back few min later to ask the director for a job for my ex wife smile emoticon
As I left the woman I was supposed to meet initially instead of the director she called me back and right in the waiting room asked me to sign all the paperwork and then miraculously she called me back in and after signing few more papers I was all done with many hand shakes and thanks.
If I were to come in Trump style and threatening, I do not think things would be the same. So thinking is the blue print of your actions and quality of Life.
