New York Summer Health with Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine - Tree of Life Acupuncture

Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine attribute late summer to the organs of Spleen and Stomach.

The stomach is a Yang organ and the Spleen in the Yin organ and both have the Earth element in a Five Element Acupuncture System. What it means is that at this time
our digestive organs have more energy and are more sensitive to digestive changes and foods we eat.

Our digestive system is the main source of postnatal energy.
Good digestion is essential to absorbing nutrients and minerals and supplying us with energy (Qi) for our daily activities.

As a licensed acupuncturist in NYC and Chinese Medicine and Bioesonance electromedicine practitioner, I helped many people in my clinic suffering from digestive disorders like bloating, gas, diarrhea or constipation, acid reflux to name a few.

Some patients reduced symptoms and reduced medications and some completely recovered. (results vary).

Acupuncture, Chinese herbs, and our range of Bioresonance machines using electromedicine (and homeopathy) may help your digestion, acquire more energy and comfort as well as provide a better quality of Life.

We also offer body detox along with ozone therapy, which can kill parasites, bacteria, fungus in your gut and improve your digestion and energy.

The color for the organs is Yellow, so eating yellow foods in color is beneficial to your digestion.

This season it is good to eat root vegetables like sweet potatoes or regular potatoes. Avoid sugary drinks and too many sweets, drink warm water (not cold) or ginger or mint tea before meals to help digestion.
