Chinese Medicine Beef Soup

As I was sitting and taking pictures of my (very rarely eaten beef soup) I was thinking, this can not be too healthy, red meat...

But then I remembered yes it can benefits our health and make us feel less guilty.

Vegetarian friends can use bean and tofu soup (having organic beef or beef bones, chicken or pork is better. You do need to cook bones preferably for 4-5 hours.)

This  can benefit your VITALITY by Tonifying your Qi, Spleen and Stomach. It can also help with anemia and general weakness. It cal also strengthen tendons.  This kind of soup can also help you after a chronic illness,  during or after pregnancy etc.

 Beef, Soy Bean Soup

Beef bones with some meat on it.
1 Handful of dry soy beans
2 Slices of ginger
1 Spring onion chopped

Benefits: Tonifies Kidneys, Liver, Qi and Blood.
Very beneficial for cold weather - Winter. 

I personally am vegetarian in the Summer, Spring and as the weather gets colder I start adding a bit of meat 1 to 2 x a week and even if I eat Chicken Duck etc. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables and juice a lot too (fruits and vegetables ) with Green and Pomegranate tea Garlic etc.
