Kiss is an expression of a connection between two people. (emotions, passion and how you feel about that someone)

Healthy Relationship = Healthier Life

So what happens when two people kiss like they mean in ? A rush of endorphins and dopamins goes to your blood stream and you get that "runner's high" drunk feeling.

We kiss with our lips, in acupuncture upper lip belongs to the stomach energy, the lower to the large intestine. (So I hope you are kissing someone appealing). If you use the tongue, then it belongs in Chinese Medicine to the Heart and Heart stores the Spirit.  So I suppose if you kiss without the tongue, then you do NOT put your heart and soul into it.

Microcosmic orbit
What also happens is the energy from Acupuncture meridians that runs in the midsection of the front of the body  (Ren Mai) and energy from the mid section of the back of the body (Du Mai) connect and create a microcosmic orbit and that is where real high begins.

It might also be a good idea to connect both of your hands to the kissing person and the one being kissed as it further strengthens the connection between people. That creates a powerful energetic bond that two people share.

So don't kiss like a grandma, kiss like you mean it.
If you do not have a partner this time, just give yourself a good pat on the shoulder and catch up later.

So remember, Kiss like you mean it, your physical and emotional health may depend on it and you may never have the one that got away.

Be Well
