Year of Wooden Sheep/Goat .

According to the theory of 5 elements in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine wood represents the liver. Liver does not like alcohol, toxins, or stress. But Sheep is also an earth animal, gravitating to stability, peace and harmony, so we should have a balanced year.

We all get a 2nd chance for a New Year resolution. Another reason to take a good look at our lives and make necessary adjustments for better health, prosperity and wellness. It's an opportunity to fine tune relationships with others and most of all YOURSELF.

As a frequent acupuncture and Chinese Medicine patient myself, (yes I needle myself) I use it to stay in peak shape and performance. Prevention is the best path to health and prosperity.
